A Suit So Nice She Wore It Twice

A Suit So Nice She Wore It Twice

This Italian house’s latest collection was easily the largest star-studded event we have seen since the Met Gala. On November 2nd, in Los Angeles, California, the Gucci Love Parade took us on a trip back to 1996.

In addition to the show-stopping casting decisions like sending Macaulay Culkin and Jared Leto to the runway, one of the attendees re-wore a famous look that made us certain that time travel is finally possible.

Staying true to her spotlight-grabbing nature, Gwyneth Paltrow had all eyes on her as she arrived at the Gucci Love Parade in the iconic red velvet suit, designed by Tom Ford for Gucci, that she wore to the 1996 Video Music Awards.

Leave it to Paltrow to prove that good clothes deserve to be worn again and there is no shame in re-wearing an outfit. Let’s continue to celebrate well-made clothes by giving them the purposeful life that they have earned.
