Christian Bale is Our Autumnal Style Hero

In his most recent GQ feature, Chrsitian Bale earned his spot as the exemplar of men’s fashion for the 2022 fall season. Wardrobe basics never have to be boring, and Bale proves just that. Army green cargo pants, an ivory cable knit pullover, and a well-draped coat to take you from day to night should be hanging in every man’s closet – and they probably already are.

Less obvious classics, such as a pair of green Wellington boots or a salmon-colored corduroy shirt, can become instant crowd pleasers if you take the time to incorporate them into your everyday style. Committing to unconventional pieces can be intimidating at times, but the fall season prompts us all to layer, making it the perfect opportunity to try something unexpected in a subtle way.

New shades of seasonal hues can make any look pop. Instead of opting for forest green, try a muted chartreuse to add an element of surprise. 

Lug sole boots and baggy denim are shaping up to be the key pieces for achieving the ultimate, nonchalant fall look.

Striped tees, a suede jacket, and a warm hat are reliable items that you can rewear all season long. The American Psycho actor’s relaxed yet polished style is the pinnacle of cool-guy dressing. All hail Bale, our autumnal style hero.
