GANNI x Barbour
GANNI x Barbour

Iconic brands Ganni and Barbour have teamed up for a second time to blend their signature looks in a collection of outerwear and accessories. Both brands bring loyal followings and distinctive designs, hailing from different areas of the world and the fashion landscape.
Ganni, a Danish brand, is laid-back and playful, full of color and prints, while British brand Barbour is timeless and simple, focusing on utility and versatility. In this collaboration, Barbour’s iconic diamond-quilted wax jacket was reimagined with Ganni’s signature leopard print. A logo patch reading “Barbour GANNI” in neon green lettering is featured on each piece in the collection, differing greatly from Barbour’s independent line which is recognizable based on design and motif.
Barbour has remained a family-owned business since its founding in 1894 by John Barbour, specializing in countrywear and lifestyle wardrobes. Ganni first appeared on the market in 2000, founded by Copenhagen gallerist Frans Tuelsen, before new owners Nicolaj and Ditte Reffstrup, a husband and wife team, took over in 2009, creating the Ganni look we know today. The first collaboration from the brands, dubbed the ‘Re-loved’ collection, consisted of 50 jackets and coats made from reworked jackets and deadstock materials.
Leopard bucket hats and tartan scarves used Barbour’s sand, olive, and navy signature fabrics in a unique, exciting way. The 9-piece collection was designed to withstand the test of time while connecting old-school British heritage with Scandinavian style.
