“Ann Leighton from SKIN Oxford reached out to me to participate in a photoshoot along with a few other students at Ole Miss. Square Magazine photographer, Samantha Dakauskas, was so kind to take our pictures along with Kyle Gordon.
Throughout the process, the aestheticians were so sweet and informative. My aesthetician, Lauren, went ahead and started the facial by placing a hot towel on my face. She asked for my skin type, and I told her I have very dry skin as well as psoriasis. She was so helpful and picked out the best product line for my skin type -- she recommended using Revision Skincare. (Products from companies such as Alastin Skincare, Zo Skin Health, and Skinade are all available at SKIN).
After she removed the hot towel, she started to cleanse my face with the Papaya Enzyme Cleanser. Next, she toned my skin with a Soothing Facial Rinse from the same company. The final step was applying the Pore Purifying Clay Mask. I wore the mask for about fifteen minutes and I left with moisturized and dewy skin.
