Dune: Part Two Press Tour Fashion

By Audrey Cooper

The Dune: Part Two press tour has brought a series of winning looks from its star-studded cast including Zendaya, Timothée Chalamet, Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, and Anya Taylor-Joy. The second film of Denis Villeneuve’s Dune series, Dune: Part Two is set to premiere on March 1, after being delayed due to the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. The first reactions to last week's world premiere were largely positive, earning 97% on Rotten Tomatoes and 80% on Metacritic. Hollywood’s favorite “it girl” Zendaya has consistently made headlines due to her outstanding looks throughout the press tour, with the other leads earning their fair share of fashion press as well.

London World Premiere

Anya Taylor-Joy in Dior

In a surprise debut, Anya Taylor-Joy publicly announced her playing a major role in Dune: Part Two by attending the film’s world premiere in London. Taylor-Joy appeared in head-to-toe Dior Couture, wearing an elegant white cape draped over a pleated silk dress. The light tones made the Dior global ambassador appear like an angel as she walked the red carpet.

Zendaya in vintage Mugler

The spotlight seems to follow Zendaya anywhere she goes, and rightfully so. Her jaw-dropping chrome bodysuit by Mugler was the talk of the town after the London world premiere. The ensemble was pulled from the fall/winter 1995 Thierry Mugler Couture collection (a piece that has rarely been seen off the runway), and instantly became a sensation.

Timothée Chalamet in Haider Ackermann

Although Zendaya stole the show in her vintage bodysuit, Chalamet always dresses to impress. He went back to his roots with this look, wearing his friend Haider Ackermann’s designs at the premiere. Chalamet is featured wearing a boxy black tee, tight silver trousers, and an Arrakis-inspired Cartier necklace designed to appear like a “ring of sand” in correspondence to the sci-fi film.

Florence Pugh in Valentino

Florence Pugh wore a custom Valentino brown, hooded sequin dress made by Pierpaolo Piccoli at the London world premiere. The fan-favorite actress stole the spotlight, sharing her Dune moment with her grandmother.

Austin Butler in Gucci

Heartthrob Austin Butler entered the premiere in a suit featuring an extra-long coat from Gucci’s fall/winter 2024 collection. Butler opted for his usual clean look that never fails to make the audience swoon.

Lea Seydoux in Louis Vuitton

Lea Seydoux joined in on the fun in a custom Louis Vuitton look, wearing a hand-embroidered gown accented with long cape sleeves. Seydoux completed the look with clear and gold sandals and diamond jewelry from the Louis Vuitton High Jewelry Collection.

London World Photocall

Zendaya in Roksanda

Prior to the London world premiere, Zendaya attended the Dune: Part Two photocall wearing a maroon suit from Roksanda, which included an overlaying skirt. Zendaya ditched the shirt and accessorized the look with a long braid.

Timothée Chalamet in Bottega Veneta

Chalamet wore head-to-toe Bottega Veneta to the London photocall, with a unique wool sweater (with paillettes that appeared like fish scales), brown leather pants, and matching Chelsea boots.

Paris Premiere

Zendaya in Louis Vuitton

Zendaya wore a stunning, textured two-piece set by Louis Vuitton, which showcased a gold, high-neck crop top and a matching long skirt. The Euphoria star accessorized with vintage Bulgari jewels, diffused eye makeup, and a slicked-back hairstyle.

Timothée Chalamet in Givenchy Haute Couture

All eyes were on Chalamet as he walked the red carpet for the Paris premiere in a Givenchy Haute Couture black suit paired with a metallic mock neck top.

Austin Butler in Louis Vuitton

Butler sported the Louis Vuitton spring 2024 collection at the Paris premiere, in a black collarless blouson with a pearl button and white shirt paired with vintage black flares. Butler accessorized the look with David Yurmon jewels.

Paris Premiere Photocall

Zendaya in Alaia

Zendaya wore a white dress, “La Robe Spirale,”  from Alaia’s most recent couture collection to the Paris photocall. The dress being the main feature of the ensemble, Zendaya donned a natural makeup look and understated accessories.

Austin Butler in Fear of God

Butler amazed audiences with this unique look from the Fear of God 2024 collection, wearing David Yurmon rings to compliment the look.

Mexico City Premiere

Zendaya in custom Bottega Veneta

Zendaya rocked a fully custom Bottega Veneta set by Mathieu Blazy. The ensemble featured a wool, cropped turtleneck with statement sleeves and a matching high-waisted maxi skirt with a thigh-high slit. Zendaya accessorized the look with diamond jewelry from Bulgari.

Florence Pugh in Galvan

Pugh paid homage to her character, Princess Irulan, in Dune: Part Two while in Mexico City. Pugh wore a custom sheer, silver two-piece by Galvan. The skirt fell to the floor with a thigh-high slit revealing her silver Aquazurra sandals.

Mexico City Premiere Photocall

Zendaya in Torisheju

Zendaya wore a Torisheju ensemble inspired by a design from the British label’s spring 2024 collection to the photocall in Mexico City. The outfit includes a mix of neutral fabrics with pops of bright red in a top and skirt set paired with Christian Louboutin pumps.

Seoul Press Conference

Zendaya and Timothée Chamlet in Juun.j

Chalamet and Zendaya shared a twin pastel moment in Seoul, South Korea for the Dune: Part Two press conference. The two appeared in matching leather jumpsuits from Korean designer Juun.J’s spring/summer 2024 ready-to-wear collection. Zendaya wore her peachy set with one sleeve drooping down her shoulder, giving the look a more feminine take. Chalamet sported his baby-blue set unzipped down his chest, revealing chain necklaces.

Seoul Premiere

Zendaya in Givenchy

For the film’s premiere in Seoul, Zendaya wore a stunning gray wool jacket with red embellishments and a matching skirt from the archives of the Givenchy fall/winter 1999 collection by Alexander McQueen. She paired the look with black tights and black pumps, allowing McQueen’s genius work to glow on its own.

Timothée Chalamet in Gucci

Chalamet is featured in a white suit from the Gucci fall 2024 collection at the Seoul premiere, paired with brown Gucci Blondie ankle boots and a thin Cartier necklace.

Austin Butler in Valentino

Butler showed up to the Seoul premiere in a classic gray Valentino suit designed for him by Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli.
