Natasha Zinko Fall 2026 Ready-to-Wear

Eponymous brand Natasha Zinko’s fall collection was a giant nod to the founder’s early 2000s childhood in Odesa, Ukraine, demonstrating the path that led her to the stage at London Fashion Week. The brilliance behind the cuts and tears in each of the pieces exhibited creation out of necessity and design driven by individual creativity: two pillars Zinko leans on when designing.
“The collection is an excavation of formative memory, a designer returning to the emotional and material conditions that shaped her understanding of what makes a garment worth wearing,” said Maya Lane from Design Scene Magazine.
Zinko believes in something that many would argue the mainstream has lost: the art of improvisation. With new pieces being produced rapidly to maintain status, Zinko stuck with what she knows, creating something new from a piece of her history. She enlisted Oleg and Margharita, her parents, to help design this collection, keeping NZ as a family business and preserving the family aspect that drove her to start designing.
Features that looked like old tablecloths and mink coats were highlights that alluded to industrial themes. A plaid robe, reminiscent of many fathers in the early morning, was reconstructed into a bubble dress.
Scarves were a recurring accessory, and unfinished seams on dresses communicated a creative’s never-ending need to innovate. Homely patterns like plaid and stripes were splashed throughout the show, keeping a lively and nostalgic feel.
If Zinko taught us anything, it’s that we create to keep creating. Fashion is not simply about the garment but what the wearer does with it. Her fall collection was nothing short of inspiring, making you desire to go into your closet and see what pieces you can transform.
