Cult Gaia Fall 2026 Ready-to-Wear

Cult Gaia Fall 2026 Ready-to-Wear

By Brooklyn Hoffmann — February 21, 2026

Feb. 15 marked Los Angeles-based fashion brand Cult Gaia’s debut show at New York Fashion Week. Cult Gaia has gained immense popularity since its conception in 2012. Founder Jasmin Larian Hekmat’s unique, sculptural, nature-inspired designs have made the brand known for its signature vacation-ready pieces with an artistic flair. Cult Gaia’s show did not mark its introduction into the fashion world, as the brand is already well-established, but instead, showcased how absolute the brand’s identity is.

Hekmat told Vogue backstage, “I don’t need to do shows—managing the business with three kids is crazy enough—but doing it makes the collection so much better.”

Cult Gaia is synonymous with its aim to celebrate women, so it makes perfect sense that Hekmat used female figures in her life, including her mother and grandmothers, as inspiration for the fall 2026 show. Hekmat wanted to conceptualize that  “women should be fearless and strong but can also be graceful.”

The fall 2026 show also introduced a new category added to the label: menswear. Men walked the runway in tailored suits featuring the brand’s signature calla lily motif while blending seamlessly into the female-dominated dreamworld Cult Gaia has engineered.

Other standout designs included sculpted gowns with dimensional pleating and skirts and dresses with hand-painted, tile-like textures. The collection was composed of defined shapes, sleek lines, body-skimming forms, and statement elements made of rich materials and regal tones. The minimalist styling kept the focus on craftsmanship so the viewer could clearly see the architectural silhouettes and fluid draping of the designs.

The Cult Gaia Fall 2026 Ready-to-Wear collection emphasized the brand’s ability to make bold statement pieces feel accessible and wearable. It presented a cohesive identity across womenswear, accessories, and the newly introduced menswear category. Cult Gaia has been high on the fashion industry’s radar for years, but its debut New York Fashion Week show proved that it’s here to stay.
