Amazon Travel Essentials

Amazon Travel Essentials

By: Claire Watkiss

While traveling and exploring new places is one of the most exciting things you can do, it definitely comes with its challenges. We often plan things to do and see in new places, but a trip cannot run smoothly without proper preparation for all the little things being in a new city or country can come with. For an effortless travel experience, try out these five Amazon travel essentials.

iWalk Portable Phone Charger

This travel essential may seem obvious, but it is very crucial. From walking around all day using your GPS to taking hundreds of photos, your phone battery will thank you for being prepared with a portable charger. This one from Amazon has no cords at all, making it easy to carry around until needed.

Fanny Pack

While the trend may seem overdone at this point, there is no doubt that fanny packs are practical. There is nothing more convenient than storing your phone, keys, and wallet close to your chest. A fanny pack is also a great idea if you know you will be in touristy areas where pickpocketing might be common.

Loop Ear Plugs

These ear plugs will be your best friend when it comes to traveling. Whether you need to fall asleep on the plane or just need some quiet while you read your book, these will do the trick. They sit perfectly in your ear without sticking out, making them equally comfortable and practical.

Saline Nasal Spray

Spending hours on planes can not only dry out your skin, but your nose as well. To prevent bloody noses and keep your breathing clear, use a saline nasal spray every day while you travel.

Water Bottle

While this might seem like the most simple item to remember while packing, it is also the most important. Having a reusable water bottle saves you from buying individual plastic water bottles and prepares you for places you travel that may not have water accessible. Water may be a given where you live, but in many other countries it can be difficult to come by, especially for free. Ensure proper hydration throughout your trip by having a water bottle you can fill up wherever you see a fountain.

Whether you are packing for a weekend getaway or a two-week overseas trip, keep these essentials in your back pocket to be sure you are fully prepared for whatever challenges may come your way.
