2021’s Biggest Beauty Trends

Although I can’t place my finger on the exact day that vibrant hues and outrageous hair-dos became ‘uncool’, I am certain that 2021 is that year that they will rise from the ashes of their former lives. Pigtails, baby braids, bright colors, and countless claw clips are ready for their revival moment.

As I mentioned earlier in the style trend forecast for this year, the period of lockdown was a time that many of us took as an opportunity to comfort ourselves with the familiarity of our childhood ways. For many of the 20-something-year-olds like myself, this meant reminiscing on the nineties and all of the glorious, somewhat ugly, yet still, widely-loved trends that we wore on the daily. 

Thank you 2021 for putting some fun back into our lives. Without boring you with any more rambling, here they are the biggest beauty trends for the new year.
