Less is always more, right? At least that’s my motto when it comes to a daily skincare routine. I value products that leave my skin feeling hydrated and refreshed but also are light and provide sun protection. Keep reading for the four products that could simplify your skincare routine this fall!
The Elta MD Facial Cleanser is one of my favorites because it is so gentle on the skin while still cleansing dirt, makeup, and oils very well. I never feel like this face wash irritates my skin or throws off my oil balance.
To be completely honest, my mom got me on the hyaluronic acid train, but now I love it! I apply hyaluronic acid right after washing my face (when my face is clean and damp) and before applying my argan oil and sunscreen.
Argan oil is my absolute favorite skincare product—I honestly may be its biggest cheerleader. I think that argan oil is one of the best ways to moisturize your skin because ever since I started using argan oil a few years ago, I feel like I do not have to do as much to keep my skin feeling hydrated. It is a lifesaver!
It is so important to apply sunscreen daily. The Elta MD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 is one of my favorites because it is feels light on my skin, easy-to-wear with makeup, and it does not make my skin break out when I wear it all day or work out in it. The product is also recommended by the Skin Cancer Foundation for daily use.
Though there are many products you can apply to your face daily, finding the products that work best for you and your skin and sticking with them is crucial for maintaining healthy skin and long-term skin health.
