Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2024 Ready-to-Wear

The notorious Italian luxury brand Dolce & Gabbana showcased their fall 2024 collection at Milan Fashion Week. The subject of inspiration for this collection was the tuxedo. A tuxedo represents the timeless elegance that Dolce & Gabbana embodies.
The show opened with a cropped blazer look paired with a two-piece, lace black top and silk skirt with a waistline resembling the tailoring of trousers.
Look 17 displayed a unique and feminine twist on the classic tuxedo with the model dressed in a thin-strapped lace bra overlaid with crisscrossed lapels and styled with trousers. The juxtaposition of silhouettes and fabrics is a sultry and modern angle on the traditional tuxedo.
This collection is mainly composed of all black with differing textures created by materials such as lace and silk. The only other shades appearing in this collection were sparkling silver and gold and nude-colored fur. Two polka dot pieces and a cheetah print trench coat with a matching hat added flair and pattern to the monochrome collection.
The extravagant use of feathers stands out in the mix of looks, adding weight and warmth to this fall ensemble.
All of the models sported smokey eyes and red lips adorned with black blusher veils, adding to the chic and alluring essence of this collection. The designers, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana faced the crowd after the show, who were full of admiration for their work.
