Valentino Pink is Heating Up Summer Fashion
As summer approaches and warmth seeps into all areas of life, the runways are aglow with bright pigments. A radically different approach for the Valentino Fall 2022 Ready-to-Wear collection shrunk the color wheel into one hue. The show was orchestrated by Valentino’s creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli and consisted only of shades of black and a bright, nearly fuschia pink. The hot pink color is set to become a Pantone shade known as “Pink PP.” It will join “Valentino Red” in the elements we associate with the Italian fashion house.
